Usage Policy

Software usage is monitored. sneakychair reserves the right to revoke access to its products and services without notice. All of our products are NON refundable unless stated otherwise. You are not allowed to share your products with your friends, or anyone else.

Additional information identifying your computer and network may be collected. Account sharing is strictly prohibited.All purchases are locked to your account, computer, and network.

None of your information is sold, everything collected is used for security purposes only.

Engaging in any of the following activities may result in an indefinite suspension from sneakychair products and services:

• Attempting to crack or tamper with files on disk or in memory.
• Monitoring sneakychair software or network usage.
• Modifying network packets related to sneakychair services.
• Submitting a chargeback via your bank or any other means.

Important: Do not run sneakychair products while non-supported games are active on your computer. If you use sneakychair on kernel-level games, a system reboot is recommended before playing other games!

Additionally, you agree not to submit false chargebacks. All activity is logged. By creating, logging into, and using your sneakychair account, you acknowledge and agree that chargebacks on any purchases made are strictly prohibited. Submitting a false chargeback constitutes fraud. We provide a digital service, selling you a subscription-based, revocable, and non-transferable license to our software.

Users are required to accept these terms when creating an account, and downloading any sneakychair software. You hereby agree to everything listed in this document by using sneakychair.

Refund Policy

Refunds will not be granted unless explicitly specified. The following situations are not eligible for refunds:

• You were banned from sneakychair for any reason
• A game ban was applied because of your use of sneakychair
• You are dissatisfied with your product

AS IS. All of our products are sold in their current condition, without any warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied. Buyer is responsible for inspecting the item before purchase and accepts all responsibility for its condition. All of our products are NON refundable unless stated otherwise.
